Visit to Bharat Mandapam regarding

Three New Criminal Laws

A group of students from Class 10 and 11 visited Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, on 08.07.2025 as part of an educational tour to gain awareness about the newly reformed three criminal laws in India. The visit aimed to enhance students’ understanding of the legal system and recent changes in the Indian Penal Code. During the session, legal experts and officials explained the key highlights of the

1.Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,

2.Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,

3.Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam

which have replaced the IPC, CrPC, and Indian Evidence Act respectively. The new laws focus on speedy justice, victim rights, and the use of technology in legal procedures.
